Processing & Handling Times

• Order Processing: All orders for soap dishes, toothbrush holders, and towel hooks are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. A second email containing tracking details will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Standard estimated delivery times after order processing:

• Domestic Shipping (Australia): 4 – 8 business days.

• International Shipping: 7 – 15 business days (depending on destination country and customs clearance).

Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility (31 Walanna Dr, Karawara WA 6152) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
